Toshiba Thrive Help / SD Card Slot Problem

Hi . This is my first posting on the Forum ,I hope I am doing it in the right place.

I am having problem with the SD Card slot on my Thrive i can't insert any SD card into it.
The card will go in but wont click down and stay in.
I have had the Thrive for about 10 months and have only used the card slot about 3 or 4 times as I've been using USB sticks.
I thought I would use the Card slot again ,only to discover this , has anyone else had this problem.?

Most cards will work. I only had one card that didn't work on my thrive. It was cheapest blue color card and it broke down later on. Thrive will accept all sizes too

I've had my thrive for 9 months but still am not very knowledgeable about its ops and features. I did figure out the SD feature by accident, and purchased a 32GB SDHC card. Took me a while, but I finally got it to work. Now I'm thinking of getting another card and see the SDXC card available in 64GB. Before buying this card, I want to be sure it will work in my thrive. Is this possible or am I pursuing the wrong thing? Thanks in advance for any advise.

Hi all - New to the forum, about to receive my 16 gb Thrive i got on the 1saleaday special last week. Have been reading the forums. Thanks for all of the great information.

Been researching tablets for some time, really liked the Google Nexus 7, but wanted something a bit bigger with USB port. But didn't want the big price. So kept looking, researching. I follow @cnet and @cheapskateblog on twitter. And the @cheapskateblog posted the 1saleaday special, so I jumped on it.

Looking forward to having a new toy for entertainment and exploring what business uses it has.

This game will load up. However, when finished loading only gives about 7 secs of play time before freezing. Is this a processor or memory issue? Is there a fix for this? I have updated to the new OS so I was hoping that issue would have been handled. It wasn't. Any help is appreciated.
